mushroom chicken

2 tbs of fine chop onions
half crushed clove garlic
1 pint of mix mushrooms
half tbs of white vinnager
q cup of cream
q cup of chicken stock
2tbs of fine chop parsley
s/p to taste

brown chicken breast on both sides, remove from the pan and ad chop mushrooms saute until brown on high heat/then ad onions and garlic/sweat until light colour/ad chicken stock and scrape the pan w your spoon and reduce until half/then ad 35% cream reduce until thick or by half/ad white vinnager/chop parsley, and salt fresh crack black pepper to taste/(finish w a knob of butter)

for the brown chicken, finish in a oven at 450 degrees serve w mushroom sauce.
